Tonight we did something that we have started doing, as a family tradition -- the Lafayette Passion Play! I started taking the boys to this 2 years ago and we went again this year. It is presented by the Faith Baptist Church, and what a great job they do! It is free, so it is a great thing to take advantage of. I can't imagine all the $$$ and time they put into an event like this, but we REALLY enjoy it! This was the first time Jerry and Kallee went and they both enjoyed it. Jerry is not one for going to things like this and Kallee has been a little to young to enjoy this in the past, but I'm sure she will want to go from now on. What a great message --it was full of sadness, but joy, hope and peace won out in the end! WOW-- isn't God good?!?! We met up with some friends there and we all sat together. After the play we all headed to Steak-N-Shake for some of the world's best steak burgers ever : ) Thanks FBC for putting this on every year, it is one of our highlights! Thanks Sullivan's for saving us our seats and going out to eat afterwards, we had fun!
