This week would have been "Mom" Fritz's birthday, I believe 79 is what Sara told me! I started to think of her, as I put the lemon glaze on this cake; this was one of the cakes she use to make, so...in honor of Mom Fritz and the birthday she would have celebrated, this one is for her : ) We miss you Mom, but I'm sure you had a great 1st birthday in Heaven!
